Over the 6 weeks I lost just over 6 kgs. I'm feeling a lot fitter and sleeping better. Ive definitely changed some habits and am confident i can maintain this weight with the new habits I've learned. Everything was made super simple and explained in simple terms. Although I got a bit slack in the last week or so with the workouts still managed to drop weight in that time just following the diet.
